Flight

Flight charges are calculated prior to item(s) being dispatched from the U.K. Each item has a set fee which is automatically calculated.

  •  On recalculation you will be immediately notified of the recalculated price once goods are received in our UK warehouse.
  •  Some ordered items may be repacked from the original packaging to minimise packaging and added freight charges to the customer.
  •  A *refund for recalculated goods will be available excluding the UK delivery fee and provided the item has not left the UK. *Please see refund conditions under T&Cs.
  •  Payment of the recalculated figure must be paid in full before items are dispatched from the UK and to minimise unnecessary delays.

Delivery Duty Unpaid

Prices for each freight item are shown as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means that import duties are included with your freight costs and you will not have to pay import duties to receive your items.
