Collection

    

Orders can be collected MONDAY – FRIDAY (11:00-17:00) from our Nairobi collection point at Delta Corner Tower, Chiromo Road, 6th Floor, Westlands, Nairobi (westland round about,opposite Naivas supermarket)

We will SMS or email you when your order has arrived and is ready collection if you have opted for collection as oppose to delivery. Once the SMS or email has been sent you will have 2 day to come and collect your order.

Due to very limited stock space at our collection point and our aim of processing regular traffic of orders, all orders must be collected within the agreed specified date after the Call, SMS or email of the order ready for collection SMS or email has been sent informing you of the items are ready for collection.

We do not charge for collections ALL COLLECTIONS are *FREE. Monday - Friday collection from our Delta Corner Tower collection point this service is *FREE open 5 days each week (exlcuding Saturday & Sunday). Please kindly note we can only store items for a maximum 2 days from when items are to be collected. *FREE for items collected with the agreed date and within 2 days any time after that will incur a daily charge.

Thursday         11am – 5:15pm
Friday              11am – 5:15pm
A charge of KSH250/= per day, per item(s) is charged on items not collected after the order ready for collection SMS/CALL and the agreed collection date. The 2 days encounting is from when the SMS is sent. It is imperative to update us when your contact details change (mobile or email).
Your order should normally be ready to collect within 10-14 working days since placing your order with us. We will send you an 'Order ready for collection' update SMS/CALL advicing you that your order is ready to collect.

If you have not received this SMS/CALL and it has been 15 working days since placing your order, please contact our Customer services team 0724240450 with your order details and order number (usually on the bottom of the order confirmation email).

When you collect your order, you will be asked to bring your original ID (Passport, Driving licence or National ID) which corresponds with the registered mobile number the mobile payment originally paid for the items. We may ask some additional security questions: mobile payment confimration reference or telephone number It would be helpful to bring your order ready for collection SMS or your inital order confirmation that was emailed to you.
Yes they can only at our Delta Corner Tower, Chiromo Road Westlands collection point.. Ideally they must bring a copy of your 'Order ready for collection code' and the payment number details of the registered mobile line. They will also be required to show a form of ID (only one required), such as a passport, or national ID. Please note we may refuse to issue goods if we suspect of the information is inaccurate, fake or false and will report to the police.
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you can upon collection request that the item be returned if the error (size, colour or item) is not accurate and the fault is with UK-DUKAS we will offer a refund. If the error in the order is not UK-DUKAS we can return the item kindly note we charge for returns (POA). We will kindly accept once items not left our collection point we will not be able to offer a refund as the good would be accepted as they are on collection. For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund goods once the have left our premises.

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you can upon collection request that the item be returned of which we will kindly accept once items not left our store we will not be able to offer a refund as the good would be accepted as they are on collection. For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund goods once the have left our premises.
