Customer Service Intern Part-time 2-3 days weekly (Sunday 10/11/2019 @ 5PM) based in Nairobi, Westlands
3 months PAID internship Availability- Immediate
As part of a paid internship program, you will be given the opportunity to work as part of the customer service team with specific responsibilities, selecting items to be uploaded daily on UK-DUKAS social media platforms. This is a unique opportunity for those intrested in learning the inner workings of an intenet e-commerce business.
You will have access to mentors, plan social events, and on-the-job training. You will also have the opportunity to work on high impact projects that directly impact the business through strategic customer service activites.
You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various functions in a fast paced working environment. Learn how to use and understand UK-DUKAS software including direct communication with our online and offline customer inteactions. To support our advancement and development we are currently looking for an outstanding candidate interested in e-commerce and entrepreneurship to join our expanding team join us.
Your Specific projects/tasks may include but are not limited to:

Learn and gain a solid understanding of UK-DUKAS process and software related to customer quotations

Supporting daily order processing

Support in handling of incoming and outgoing mails including courier service

Gain exposure to complex logistic and supply related challenges

Participate in intern event and activities
Minimum Requirement:
-
Must have graduated or in the last year of a graduate programme
-
Experience and strong interest in E-Commerce
-
Strong entrepreneur spirit and ability to work under limited supervision
-
Responding to online and telephone customer enquires professionally with excellent customer care as we ensure we assisting in providing the ultimate online shopping experience

Have a keen eye for detail

Be willing to work under very tight schedules and deadlines

Creative individual
-
Be a creative solution finder and have the ability to see "outside the box"

Overall be an excellent team player and somebody who wants to make a difference.
